PAYMENT

All prices listed on our site are in Canadian dollars. A credit card such as Visa, Mastercard or American Express or a Paypal account is necessary.

DELIVERY POLICY

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1-4 business days. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day.

OUT OF STOCK

FAURES does its best to ensure that products offered online are available, however, some products may become out of stock while we process your order. If you order a product that is no longer available, we will notify you as soon as possible.

RETURN POLICY

Items purchased online can be exchanged only through www.faures.co.

We do not process any refunds.

Regular price items may be exchanged or returned for store credit only within 7 days of receipt of goods. Items returned must be in perfect condition, unworn, unaltered, and with all tags attached. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

SHIPPING COST

For orders over $200, delivery is free (within Canada only). For orders of less than $200, or for other regions, shipping costs are as follows:

Quebec: $15

Rest of Canada: $20

United States: $25

International: $60

 

For orders shipped outside of the U.S. and Canada, you should consult the customs legislation of your country. FAURES does not take responsibility for duty fees or possible shipment delays due to customs.

 

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and are encouraged to verify shipping information prior to submitting an order. Once a package has been shipped we cannot redirect it. FAURES is not responsible for, nor able to refund or replace orders shipped to the incorrect address.

 

If applicable, you are responsible for picking up the package at the carrier's postal facility. If the parcel has not been claimed and is returned to us, the return and penalty fees will be charged.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@faures.com and we will coordinate the exchange or refund of your item.
